Customer service is superb! They always inform you when gate code changes or they have deals . The prices are affordable and right now you can get your first month for $1 yep, that’s one dollar!

PSA- do yourself a solid and NEVER EVER rent from Generations Self Storage. The green ones that pop up on every single corner taking up all of our land. They are HORRIBLE! Have AWFUL customer service and will NOT help you in any way! It took us calling a total of 40 times to get someone to FINALLY answer about the key breaking off in the lock THEY provided! All while we had items in our unit for 24 hours with it UNLOCKED!!! They told me WE could pay a locksmith or cut it off and any damage done to the door we’re responsible for. Absolutely no “we will take care of our unit and the lock we provided, we will be there right away” like any reputable business would do that cared about their customers!

While some aspects of your account are not entirely accurate, your feedback is important and deserves a detailed response and explanation.Firstly, I respect your wish to remain anonymous. Despite the name discrepancy on the account, I recognize you from our phone conversation. Our records indicate that initial calls came from your husband after business hours on Thursday, which explains why there was no answer post 5 PM. On Friday, we received several calls from you, though it was not close to 40. You left us two voicemails, and some calls were made before our office opened at 9 AM, hence those were not answered either.We answer calls in the order received and prioritize those who hold or leave voicemails. Missed calls are returned the same business day. We spoke at 10:51 AM, two hours after we opened, but our conversation was hindered by interruptions and raised voices.Regarding the lock, it is complimentary and not obligatory for use. The key breaking inside the lock is unprecedented. I offered alternative solutions: waiting for my return next week to cut the lock for free or hiring a locksmith. Both options were unsatisfactory to you.After enduring unnecessary vulgar language and verbal abuse from you, I was able to communicate effectively with your husband, who found the tertiary provided solution acceptable. He thanked me, and we ended the call.Our calls are recorded for quality assurance and training. I'm sorry we couldn't meet your expectations entirely, but we did resolve the issue of the lock removal, allowing you access to your belongings.Sincerely,Generations Self Storage
