Thank you for the feedback. We are constantly reviewing the rates of our competitors in the market and have found that we are consistently less expensive. We also refrain from incorporating other industry practices that inflate the monthly rent. We are family owned and operated as well. My kids take care of a lot of the cleaning while my wife and I handle customer service as well as repairs at the property. Keeping these tasks in-house have helped to keep the cost of rent below market average. We appreciate your business.

I left the country for a bit and forgot to set up auto pay. That's on me. I am 100% okay with paying a late fee since I am 9 days late on payment. But the late fee is 40% of what my unit costs?!?!?! Absolute robbery!

I'm sorry to hear about your trouble. All of our fees are laid out in our rental agreement. The late fee is not tied to a percentage of the rent, rather a specific dollar amount. Also, this is the first I've heard of the situation. In the future, it might pay you to call and discuss your circumstances.
